At Seraphim Tattoo Studio, every tattoo begins with a thoughtful and personalized consultation. To reserve your consultation, a $100 fee is required. If you attend your consultation and book a tattoo, your $100 fee will be applied toward your tattoo deposit. If you do not show up or choose not to book a tattoo, your consultation fee will be split 50% to a local charity of the artist’s choice and 50% to the studio to support continued creative and community efforts.
This policy ensures that time is valued, appointments are honored, and even when plans change, something good still comes from your contribution. Thank you for understanding and for being part of our mission to create art with purpose!
To secure your tattoo appointment, a deposit is required. This ensures your spot is reserved and allows the artist to begin preparing your custom design. For single-session tattoos, the deposit is 50% of the total tattoo cost. For multi-day projects, the deposit will be equal to 50% of one full day’s work.
Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 7-days notice to transfer your deposit to a new date. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.
Any forfeited deposits will be split 50% to a local charity of the artist’s choice and 50% to the studio, ensuring that even missed appointments contribute to something meaningful. Your deposit is a commitment to your tattoo and the time dedicated to creating it. Thank you for valuing the process!
